Mahatma Gandhi rightly said, "By education, I mean an all round drawing of the best in child and man in body, mind and spirit”.
In the competitive world of today, self-confidence is indispensable. To nurture the inner latent talents of the students, to inculcate the spirit of healthy competition and to provide a focus for group loyalty, the students are divided into houses namely Blue House, Green House, Red House and Yellow House. The House system has three categories. i.e. first, from classes II to V, second of classes VI and VII and third from classes VIII to X.
Highly productive and innovative activities keep the inquisitive minds constructively busy as they work as a team to make their house the best. The skills of self-expression are honed with activities like bulletin boards, debates, declamations, slogan writing, skits etc. The logical and cognitive approach is developed through various ‘Quiz Competitions’. Activities like ‘Mock Parliaments’ and ‘Model United Nations’ provide a comprehensive view of ‘National and International Socio-Political Structures’.
Team spirit is encouraged among the students through inter house sports events. The competitions of indoor and outdoor games ensure the participation of each and every child as the school provides a plethora of sports activities. These young stars in the making then shine at the District-level, State-level and National level championships.
